【Alliance News】Call for Contributions | Submit and Win Gallium Oxide Wafers!AGOA Showcases Research Progress and Amplifies Academic Impact

      To continuously track research developments in Gallium Oxide and related wide bandgap semiconductor fields, and to promote the broader understanding and dissemination of academically valuable and industry-relevant research results, the Asian Gallium Oxide Alliance (AGOA) is now inviting long-term submissions from universities, research institutes, and research teams.

      Submissions may include Gallium Oxide–related research results as well as paper interpretations.

      Through consistent and high-quality academic content output, the Alliance aims to build a communication bridge between research progress and industry focus, timely sharing key achievements and developments in the Gallium Oxide field, and establishing a highly specialized platform dedicated to the Gallium Oxide industry.

Core Objectives of the Call

      This initiative seeks to bridge the gap between academia and industry.

      On one hand, it continuously tracks and publishes cutting-edge research progress in Gallium Oxide and wide bandgap semiconductors, enabling industry stakeholders to stay aligned with technological trends.

      On the other hand, through the Alliance platform, research teams can gain clearer insights into industrial capabilities and resources, expand pathways for practical collaboration, and promote closer integration and mutual empowerment between research and industry.

Submission Guidelines

      Submissions should focus on Gallium Oxide substrates, epitaxy, devices, and related research areas. Contributions may include recently published work or ongoing representative results and milestone progress, balancing academic rigor with readability.

      There are three types of submissions:

Exclusive Submission
      Prior to journal publication or after achieving key milestones, authors may submit their paper along with dissemination content and grant AGOA the exclusive right to first publication on its platforms. Selected content may be featured as headline academic highlights by the Alliance.

Non-exclusive Submission
      Authors may submit their paper and dissemination content before publication or after achieving key milestones. The content will be published through the Alliance platform without exclusivity.

Invited Contribution
      The Alliance may invite authors or research teams to adapt their papers or research results into dissemination content for publication on the platform.

Incentives (Key Attraction)

      I. Physical Reward
      Gallium Oxide wafers (suitable for laboratory research and experimental studies), provided by supporting partners of the Alliance.

      II. Reward Mechanism

      * All sizes: Includes all available sizes in the Alliance material inventory.
      * Small sizes: Sizes below 2 inches, such as 10 × 10.5 mm, 10 × 15 mm, etc.
      * Free selection: Authors may freely choose from all materials available in the Alliance inventory.
      * Random allocation: Materials will be provided based on current inventory availability at the Alliance’s discretion.

Note:
      All rewards will be arranged after the submitted content is approved and published via the official platform. The Secretariat (Zhang Yingzhuo) will contact the authors to coordinate delivery.

Submission Notes

      1、Submissions must include the corresponding paper in PDF format along with the prepared dissemination content.

      2、The dissemination content should be organized in English according to the Alliance’s formatting requirements, for publication on its website.
