After testing by authoritative institutions, the quality of 2-inch Gallium Oxide single crystal produced by Huaxin Wafer Technology using the EFG method with completely independent intellectual property rights has reached the international advanced level.

      By continuously optimizing the performance of growth equipment and strictly verifying the stability of the process, Huaxin Wafer Technology has successfully broken through the technical bottleneck of Gallium Oxide EFG method growth. The R&D team has established a precise control system for key technical links such as temperature gradient control, impurity element distribution regulation, and growth rate optimization during the crystal growth process, significantly improving common industry problems such as twin crystal defect that are prone to occur in Gallium Oxide. The third-party testing data shows that the 2-inch Gallium Oxide crystal developed by Huaxin Wafer Technology has reached the international advanced level in core quality indicators such as the control of dislocation density and the FWHM of the rocking curves. Among them, the dislocation density is 5440cm-2 and the FWHM of the rocking curves is 71.33arcsec.
