【Standard News】Launch of the Group Standards Solicitation for the Gallium Oxide Materials Industry in the First Half of 2025‌

      To accelerate the technological innovation and industrial standardization of Gallium Oxide materials, the Asian Gallium Oxide Alliance has officially launched the solicitation of group standards for Gallium Oxide materials. We now extend an invitation to participate from industry, education and research institutions as well as industry experts.

      As the core organization driving the progress of the Gallium Oxide semiconductor industry, the alliance is committed to building a standardized system covering the entire chain from crystal growth, wafer processing, epitaxial growth to performance testing. The group standards solicited this time will focus on Gallium Oxide materials and their upstream and downstream industrial fields, concentrating on the key technical indicators and defect standards of Gallium Oxide materials. By establishing scientific and unified technical specifications, it will reflect the interactive development of standardization and technological innovation and significantly enhance the standardization level of the industry.

      The alliance sincerely invites universities, research institutions, manufacturing enterprises and testing and certification units in the field of Gallium Oxide to jointly participate in the formulation of standards. The participating units will be granted the right of authorship in the formulation of the standard, share the intellectual property achievements, and have priority to participate in the subsequent international standard conversion work. The solicitation plan should include technical index suggestions, testing methodological and industrialization verification data. After multiple rounds of review by the alliance expert committee, it will be incorporated into the standard system.
