【Conference Information】FINE 2026 Opens Next Week! Asia Gallium Oxide Alliance and Member Companies to Showcase the Full Ga₂O₃ Industry Chain

      Driven by emerging industries such as artificial intelligence, new energy vehicles, high-performance computing, embodied intelligence, and aerospace, the global semiconductor industry is rapidly entering the post-Moore era. Gallium oxide (Gallium Oxide), as a fourth-generation ultra-wide bandgap semiconductor, is gaining traction as a strategic frontier material due to its higher breakdown field, lower conduction loss, and superior tolerance to extreme environments. Gallium Oxide is increasingly applied in power devices, RF devices, and deep-ultraviolet (DUV) detection, with its industrialization accelerating.

      The 2026 Future Industrial New Materials Expo (FINE 2026) will feature a dedicated “Advanced Semiconductor” exhibition. The showcase will focus on third- and fourth-generation semiconductor materials, including Gallium Oxide, diamond, SiC, and GaN, as well as advanced packaging technologies. Visitors will gain insights into the latest advances in crystal growth, epitaxy, ultra-precision processing, and inspection and testing equipment, as well as emerging solutions for power devices, thermal management, and quantum sensing. By integrating material innovation with industrialized manufacturing, the exhibition aims to drive the widespread application and deep integration of advanced semiconductors in AI, smart manufacturing, and data center industries.

      The expo will take a demand-driven approach, offering systematic discussions on advanced semiconductor materials, manufacturing processes, packaging technologies, and cutting-edge applications. The goal is to promote collaborative innovation across industry, academia, and research, and to accelerate the integration of advanced semiconductor technologies with future industries.

      As part of FINE 2026, the Asian Gallium Oxide Alliance (AGOA) co-organizes a dedicated “Gallium Oxide Forum,” bringing together leading companies and top experts to present the latest full-chain developments—from base materials to device applications. The Alliance invites companies, research institutions, and innovation teams across the industry to participate, fostering collaborative development and technological breakthroughs in Gallium Oxide.
