日期:2026-03-31阅读:43

From March 18 to 20, 2026, the 21st Munich Shanghai Photonics Expo concluded successfully at the Shanghai New International Expo Center after a three-day run.

As Asia’s premier annual event covering seven major sectors—including laser intelligent manufacturing, lasers and optoelectronics, integrated photonics and optical communications, optics, optical manufacturing, inspection and quality control, and infrared technologies and applications—this year’s expo set new records. Exhibition space increased by 8%, bringing together nearly 1,500 companies from 22 countries and regions, and welcomed 58,281 professional visitors, marking a year-on-year growth of over 10%.

As a Jiangsu-based specialized and innovative enterprise, Raphael Optech shared the stage with top research institutes such as the Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics and the Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, as well as numerous international industry leaders, showcasing our latest advancements in precision optics and semiconductor inspection.

01 Finding the “Raphael Coordinate” in Industry Trends

Against the backdrop of this year’s expo emphasis on “global connectivity and deep industry–academia–research integration,” Raphael Optech, based in Suzhou Zhigu, leveraged its R&D foundation and a portfolio of over 50 patents to engage in in-depth discussions with on-site partners on the practical implementation of high-end, domestically produced inspection equipment.

Among the 200 specialized presentations held during the expo, discussions in the “Inspection and Quality Control” sector were particularly intensive—precisely one of the expo’s seven core segments and Raphael’s main area of expertise cultivated over years. Across laser intelligent manufacturing and semiconductor processes, industry requirements for inspection precision have fully entered the micro- and nanoscale, aligning closely with Raphael’s technical positioning of “providing precise eyes for advanced manufacturing.”

02 Key Exhibits: Focusing on Precision Optics and Wafer Inspection

At this year’s expo, Raphael Optech highlighted full-stack inspection solutions for two specialized industries, demonstrating the robust capabilities of domestically produced inspection equipment through live demonstrations and data analysis.

Precision Optical Inspection: Overcoming Complex Surface Measurement Challenges
For high-precision optical components, Raphael showcased a complete inspection workflow covering surface shape, morphology, and internal stress:

Freeform 3D Surface Profiler
Addresses high-precision measurement challenges for asymmetric and steep-slope surfaces.

3D Measurement Microscope
Provides micro- and nanoscale analysis of surface morphology.

Windshield Surface Wedge Angle Measurement System
A specialized tool designed for the automotive HUD industry chain.

Internal Stress Measurement Instrument
Ensures the stability of optical materials under complex environments.

Wafer Inspection: Enabling Precise Semiconductor Process Control

For semiconductor manufacturing, Raphael Optech presented specialized equipment for measuring wafer geometry, thin-film stress, and material internal stress:

Wafer Geometry and Profile Measurement System
Efficiently inspects wafer flatness and physical contours.

3D Microscopic Surface Profiler
Provides non-contact, high-precision measurement of wafer microstructures.

Wafer Thin-Film Stress Measurement System
Supplies critical stress distribution data to support process optimization.

Wafer Internal Stress Measurement System
Performs precise detection of internal stresses within wafer materials, aiding quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

03 Communication and Feedback: Pragmatically Addressing Pain Points

During the three-day exhibition, Raphael Optech welcomed numerous professional clients from the semiconductor, advanced display, and optical component manufacturing sectors. Rather than grand narratives, the focus was on the “practical pain points” raised by customers—for example, how to improve inspection efficiency in automated production lines and how to ensure measurement repeatability with complex materials.

"For optoelectronics companies, the Laser World of Photonics Shanghai is not just a showcase platform, but also a key milestone in annual strategy." — Luo Ruiyang, Deputy General Manager, Messe München (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

Through these face-to-face interactions, Raphael Optech further clarified the iterative direction for next-generation products: enhancing usability and integration while maintaining high precision.

04 Conclusion and Outlook

Although the exhibition has concluded, the journey of photonics innovation continues. Raphael Optech will persist in advancing precision optical metrology, leveraging independently developed technologies to honor every trust placed in them, and contributing to China’s intelligent manufacturing with the power of precision inspection.

Thank you to every visitor for engaging with us—see you again in Shanghai, March 8–10, 2027.
