      The 37th International Symposium on Power Semiconductor Devices and ICs (ISPSD2025), to be held June 1-5, 2025, at the Kumamoto-Jo (Castle) Hall in Kumamoto, Japan.

      ISPSD as the top international conference on various aspects of power semiconductor devices and integrated circuits, covers all aspects of the power semiconductor field, including power semiconductor devices, power integrated circuits, power integration, processes, packaging, and applications. It has always been a stage where the domestic and international industry and academia compete to publish important achievements. The ISPSD conference is held alternately in Europe, Japan, North America, and other regions, and this year it is once again Japan's turn to hold it.

      ISPSD2025 is fully sponsored by the Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan (IEEJ) and technically co-sponsored by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Electron Devices Society, Power Electronics Society, and Industry Application Society.
